What is elev8 rewards by white & co?

Elev8 is our new and improved loyalty program, replacing White & Co. Rewards.It's free to join and rewards you for shopping in-store and online at whiteandco.com.au and whiteandco.co.nz. You'll earn points on every qualifying purchase and can redeem them for exclusive discounts and rewards, which increase as you move through our tiered program.

How do i join elev8 rewards?

If you're a new or existing White & Co. customer, you're welcome to join our loyalty program by opting in to elev8 Rewards when you Create an elev8 Rewards account.

Please note that membership is separate from subscribing to receive email and SMS marketing communications.

I was already a white & co. rewards member. do i need to join again?

Yes. We've upgraded our loyalty program to give you more ways to earn, more personalised rewards, and a refreshed experience. Even if you were already a White & Co. email or SMS subscriber, or a member of our previous rewards program, you'll still need to create an elev8 Rewards account to start enjoying our new and improved loyalty benefits. As a thank-you for joining us, all customers who have placed orders totalling $100+ in the 12 months prior to launch will commence their elev8 journey with bonus starting points. These vary based on historical customer spend and will be visible in your elev8 account.

How do the new member tiers compare to the old ones?

The previous White & Co. Rewards tiers were based on lifetime spend - that is, the total amount you've spent with White & Co. over the years.

elev8 tiers are based on annual AUD spend from the date you join.

• Bronze (Core): up to $349.99 AUD

• Silver (Evolve): $350–$699.99 AUD

• Gold (Signature): $700–$999.99 AUD

• Platinum (Icon): $1,000+ AUD

Why do i already have elev8 rewards points?

As a thank-you for joining us, all customers who have placed orders totalling $100+ in the 12 months prior to launch will commence their elev8 journey with bonus starting points.

How do i earn rewards points?

It's easy! Earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent in boutique and via our online stores, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties associated with your order. Points are issued once your order has been shipped.You can also earn points by referring friends who join elev8 and make purchases, as well as by completing other eligible activities.

elev8 points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift card purchases.

What if i want to combine earnings from multiple email addresses? 

Contact customer service by emailing info@whiteandco.com.au and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts. 

Why have my points reduced?

Items that are returned will result in points being deducted. If you earned points by referring a friend and they later return the item they purchased using your referral, those points will also be deducted.

Do i still earn points if i use shop pay, apple pay, or another payment app?

Yes. As long as you check out using the email address linked to your elev8 Rewards account, you'll earn points regardless of your payment method.

I made a purchase online, but my points aren't showing.

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at info@whiteandco.com.au to help apply your points to your account.  

For purchase-based rewards, there may be a short delay and points are added once your order has been shipped.

If you still feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

  1. Try to refresh your browser.
  2. Try to log out and then back in to your account.
  3. Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it.  Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can email our team at info@whiteandco.com.au and they will look into the issue for you.

How do i know what loyalty tier i'm in?

You'll see your tier status on your elev8 Rewards page or within the My Account section when logged in. View tier benefits and rewards.

How do i move up to the next tier?

Every purchase gets you closer to the next tier. As you build your style with White & Co., you'll unlock more exclusive rewards and benefits as you progress through the tiers.

How do i redeem points for discount rewards?

To redeem your points, log in to your account at whiteandco.com.au or whiteandco.co.nz and apply your reward coupon at checkout. Rewards can also be redeemed in one of our boutiques. The discount will automatically apply to eligible items in your cart.

Can i combine elev8 rewards with other discounts or store credit?

No. Rewards points and reward codes can't be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, store credit, or e-gift cards. Rewards may also be temporarily disabled during special promotions at White & Co.'s discretion. 

Can international customers use aud rewards coupons?

Yes. If you're shopping from outside Australia, your AUD rewards coupon will automatically convert to your local currency and apply at checkout.

What do the different statuses of my points mean?

Earned – These points have been successfully added to your account after completing an activity, placing a qualifying order, or reaching a milestone.

Pending – Points are on the way but are not yet available to use. This usually occurs when purchases are awaiting shipment or an activity has a built-in approval period.

Progress to Complete – You've started a points-earning action, such as completing a review or quiz, but haven't finished it yet. Once completed, points will be awarded.

Reversed – Points have been removed because the qualifying action was cancelled. For example, if you referred a friend who later cancelled their order, the points earned from that referral would be reversed.

Refunded – If you return a product on which points were earned, those points will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.

When do i get my birthday gift?

Please ensure you add your birthday to your elev8 Rewards account, even if you've previously provided it to White & Co.

Every elev8 Rewards member receives a birthday gift based on their current tier. You'll receive an email containing your discount code on your birthday. You must be logged in to your account to apply it at checkout, or our boutique teams can apply it for you when shopping in-store.

Do my points expire?

Your tier status is reviewed annually from the date your elev8 Rewards account is created. During each 12-month membership period, you'll have the opportunity to earn enough points to maintain your current tier or move up to a higher one. 

Points and rewards and your VIP tier will expire if you fail to make at least 1 purchase every 12 months. If we ever decide to end the rewards program, your points and perks will expire with the program. We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if we believe you are violating our Terms and Conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abuse of privileges, or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt out of the rewards program, you will lose any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed. 

Any upcoming points expiry dates can be viewed in your account, and we'll notify you by email before your points expire.

I’m encountering errors with referring a friend.

We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.  

The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them. 

To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.  

If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, or Messenger to receive credit. 

I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received credit. 

Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it.  

Referred friends must be first-time customers in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there. 

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website.  

When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

How do i opt out of elev8 rewards?

If you'd like to leave elev8 Rewards, we will miss you but please contact our Customer Service team at info@whiteandco.com.au.

Let them know whether you'd like to be removed from the loyalty program only, or from all email and SMS marketing communications.
