How to use our Online Returns Portal

Step 1

Click on the “Create a Return” link at the bottom of our website or at the top of our returns information page.

Step 2

Input your order number and email address associated with your purchase. Note: Your order number can be found at the top of your order confirmation email from White & Co. Living.

If for any reason you are unable to locate your order number or an error code is displayed, please contact a member of our customer service team at info@whiteandco.com.au or call 03 9569 2064.

Step 3

Follow the prompts and select the item(s) you wish to return.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or damaged as well as purchased on sale or discount, including those part of a promotion.

Step 4

Select why you would like to return your item(s) from the options displayed, then choose either “Return for a refund back to the original payment method” or “Return for 110% store credit” based on your preference.

Note: You may be prompted to upload a photo to support your return or tell us more about why you wish to return the item(s).

It’s as easy as that!

Once you’ve submitted your return request, you’ll receive a notification via email. From there we’ll review your request and get back to you with an update within 3 business days.
